We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Manager to lead sales activities and drive market growth in Solapur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing effective sales strategies, developing key customer relationships, and ensuring the company’s products achieve strong market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets and growth objectives.
- Promote the company’s pharmaceutical products within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, chemists, hospitals, and key accounts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Ensure effective distribution and product availability across the region.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or business management (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
